My Easy Extensions

Review: I placed an order with My Easy Extensions on 6 June 2014 and with my order I purchased the shipping option for UPS Ground. After placing my order, I received two emails from this company: one which was my order confirmation and the other was telling me that my order had shipped, yet there wasn't a tracking number given. I figured it was a glitch and I didn't try to contact the company. The following Tuesday, I tried to contact the company multiple times for a tracking number and the customer service representatives were non-existent, no one picks up the phone..ever. I left voicemails requesting a tracking number so I could know the status of my order and received no responses at all. I also tried to check the status of my order through their automated system and it said that it had no record of my order, although I had been charged. I started getting alarmed and submitted multiple trouble tickets through their website and received no responses eventhough they guarantee that they answer all of their tickets. I finally got fed up by that Thursday and sent trouble tickets through their website and left a voicemail stating I wanted a full refund and that this whole company was a scam. I received no responses. I finally received an email from them Tuesday, 17 June stating that my order will be to me soon and I would receive a 10% discount for my troubles. This is a nice offer, but I don't want anything from this company, all I want is my money back, period. I have read numerous complaints on this company and I don't trust them or their products. I got the package with my order today and am shipping it right back. Other complaints indicated that the customers were not granted a refund becuase their package was opened or it was past the 14 day limit.Desired Settlement: After all of the trouble I have gone through with this company, I want my money back and want nothing else to do with them. They lied to me by stating that my order had shipped 6 June and was not available to answer simple questions about my order. I just received the package today, which makes this the 14th day since my order was shipped. This is no fault of mine that the package showed up late and I believe that this is another part of their scam to not refund their customers. I want my money back! I am shipping this package back to their company first thing in the morning.
