Review: I have been unknowingly being billed for months, beginning November 2012 according to conversation I had with CEO of company, for product and services I never received because they sent materials to wrong email address. I only found out that they were actually billing me when my book keeper questioned the repeat charges. I was told that I would be contacted prior to starting with program and that there was a training and and that they would make sure that there would be a smooth transition. Well what ended up happening was they never called my cell phone number so they never directly spoke to me. They called my office and spoke to the receptionist and saw that was reason enough to start billing my credit card. I never even received the phone numbers they claimed they supplied because they sent them to [redacted] as opposed to my actual email address which was supplied and written was [redacted]. If they had questions about my handwriting or the spelling they could have asked at that point in time.Desired Settlement: They have proof that I never received the material. They have proof that I never received a single phone call from the products they offered due to my not receiving the information necessary to start their program. I am asking for a refund for ALL payments they withdrew from my credit card which I calculate is $649 as of 6/**/13.
