My DNA Paternity Testing Labs

MyDNATesting.com Needed this LEGAL dna test for court. Seemed quick and the best price online. Locally drew the necessary samples at *** (nationally recognized). Thought things went well. Was supposed to be 5 days turnaround. Nope. Called, said the holidays slowed them down. Fair enough. Few days later, Got a result, but only an emailed “copy”. Court required the original. Asked for it several times over approx. three week period, and was promised it would come. Last spoke with rep 5 days ago. So far, have not received and attorney and court is patiently waiting for it.
Is this company legitimate? Based on this alone, I’m thinking they got my money and sent a paper that is not legit. When pressed, they did email the chain of custody form with my image on it, seemingly legit, but again, a copy. No original docs, nor was it legally stamped. Called their several numbers and ALL of them go to the same woman...Christine, with what seems no other form of checks or balances to contact her supervisor, or any other department. She seems a lone wolf in this company. Upon further digging, I found out, she does NOT work for ***. She just uses them as a part of her process.
