I was referred to My Credit Guy by a mortgage broker who (apparently) refers potential clients as a way to help reduce down payments and/or interest rates. During on-boarding it was explained to me that I would, within two business days, receive some sort of plan or recommendation and if all was well then paperwork would be signed and assistance granted. According to them, there is a three day "grace" period from the date you sign to cancel their services. I received no plan, was provided no information outside of a single email saying "While you wait, contact your credit card companies and ask for limit increases."
Nothing. Nothing at all; no proper communications, no plan, nothing. Instead I get a massive charge weeks later. No explanation, just a charge. The immaturity, lack of communication, refusal to listen, and general disorder that My Credit Guy has shown is utterly disgusting.
Stay away.

We're sorry that you feel this way. Luckily, we document our interactions with all customers. You did an interview with your initial contact where we covered what we would be going after on your behalf. You then had a Welcome Call with you dedicated credit coach, where that information was covered again. You also signed a contract that covered our process and pricing. All notes, contracts, agreements are available at any time you'd like to review them.
You did also leave out that when you asked for a refund, one was processed. Then, after it processed you still submitted a chargeback, so we ended up paying you money.
I do show in the notes that you did complain that we didn't have a "plan" for you. However, you also declined credit monitoring and failed to forward us your results as agreed to in the contract. If we cannot see your updates, it's impossible to update the plan as was originally discussed.
