I ordered a dress in a largeRetailer took it upon herself to order me an XL because wholesaler told her the dress runs smallShe made this decision without consulting with me 1stWhen I received the dress in the mail, I notified her of the issue with the size thinking it was a mistakeHowever, she told me she was told (assuming by whoever she was ordering from) that dress ran smallI requested that she send me the correct sizeShe said item was out of stockI requested a refundShe said no because there's no refund or exchangesThe item is also of poor quality (frayed edges) The other orders that I received- the clothing is also too big and has no tags/labels so I can't verify sizesI don't believe they are largesAlso reporting to [redacted] , my bank, credit card companies and FTC
