My Community Credit Union

I had a auto loan with this credit union. They make it very difficult to contact them and their system is not user friendly at all. I paid off the loan and there was an overpayment of several hundred dollars due to delay in processing the other loan. When the check was submitted, instructions were sent to mail a check with the difference and close my account. I called and spoke with a representative and they told me that was what needed to be done. Several days later the account still was not closed and no check had been sent. I called again and they said there was an additional form that needed to be completed that no one let me know about. Now it will be another couple weeks before the check arrives.
