I’ve sent in the receipts for Starbucks for $20 and I’ve been getting the checks but u guys haven’t sent it for 2 months and I wanted my $40

This is in response to the letter dated May 26, 2019, regarding complaint # *** (***).PERCS manages several redemption programs offered at events given by our clientele. Many programs require registrants to make monthly submissions of receipts for qualifying purchases, at which point checks are cut and mailed out after processing. Most individuals are in enrolled in one program, but we do have some who are enrolled in multiple programs simultaneously. Each program has its own official rules and applicable website wherein submissions are uploaded for processing.In Ms.’s case, she is enrolled in a redemption program for Target shopping, as well as a redemption program for Starbucks. Pursuant to the official rules, Ms. is instructed to submit requests for Target to one website, while submitting requests for Starbucks to a completely different website. Upon further research, we found that Ms. has submitted requests only to the website applicable to the Target redemption program. We have no record of ever receiving a request from Ms. via the Starbucks redemption website.Our team processed four months of Starbucks submissions that were made to the wrong website, with the last check for $9.69 mailed out on February 14, 2019, for a January submission. At that point, our team stopped processing Starbucks receipt submissions made to the Target redemption website, and we didn’t hear anything further until receiving the letter you sent us.Submissions are supposed to be made once a month, every month. Since the January submission mentioned above, she has made three submissions to the Target website – one on February 17, 2019, with two receipts totaling $13.21, another on February 25, 2019, with a receipt for $5.06, followed by a submission made on March 29, 2019, with two receipts dated in March, totaling $19.08.In the interest of good customer service, we are happy to process her February and March submissions made to the wrong website. We don’t have April or May receipts, so we will send a message acknowledging the complaint, and we’ll inquire if she has April and May receipts she can send our way for processing. If she does, we’ll make sure they’re processed. If not, we will make an exception and allow her to skip April and May, resuming her redemption with June receipts that will count as month five in the program. Subsequent months will be processed normally, in accordance with the official rules.While Ms. did not follow the rules regarding the Starbucks program, along with making multiple submissions a month, we are going to make an exception and maintain her eligibility for future redemption. At a seminar, we were given $60 Starbucks redemption. We were to purchase Starbucks coffee once a month for 12 months, and we were to send in receipt to My Coffee Now PO Box 113 Arlington,Wa. 98223 for a refund up to $5 each. This worked for five months, then the check they issued on 10/31 was returned to my bank, Account Closed. I have been unable to contact the company, and am just concerned they are doing this as a way of scamming, by collecting the money to send to consumers, and then moving on with less than half of the redemption paid. This is just to keep these people from doing this to others we are just out our $35, but think if they are doing this on a regular, national basis.

My Coffee Now (the "Company") has received the complaint filed by Ms. *** (the"Customer'') with the Revdex.com Northwest- Pacific (the "Revdex.com"), dated December 6, 2018.The Company appreciates the opportunity to review the complaint and address the concerns. At theoutset, it is important for all parties to understand the Company takes all complaints very seriously and iscommitted to preventing complaints and strives to improve the customer experience.The Company has reviewed the complaint and applicable internal records. According to Companyrecords, the Customer registered for a promotional program wherein eligible participants may sendreceipts for purchases made at traditional Starbucks locations and the Company may reimburse thecustomer up to five dollars ($5.00) per month for twelve (12) consecutive months. As with manypromotional offers, certain terms and conditions apply. Based on Company records, the Customer hasmet the eligibility requirements and has received seven (7) separate monthly reimbursement checks.Upon receiving this complaint from the Revdex.com, the Company investigated the claims and discoveredthat the check issued to the Customer for $4.17 received by the Customer in November 2018 currentlyremains uncashed. The Company has reissued and mailed a replacement. The Company believes it hascorrected the banking error and is confident the issue has since been resolved, as it has many customerswho have both received and cashed checks in the month of December 2018. The Customer continues tobe eligible for additional reimbursements under the terms of the promotion. In fact, separate from theissue experienced by the Customer, she was mailed a check for $4.71 on December 6, 2018.The Company genuinely seeks to deliver a great experience for each customer. It has many active,eligible customers receiving monthly reimbursements, according to the terms of the promotion. TheCompany acknowledges the Customer's concern but also assures both her and the Revdex.com that it has everyintention to honor its obligations as described within the rules of the promotion.After receiving the above-referenced notice, the Company contacted Ms. by email to assurecontinued eligibility and has provided her the Company's contact information for future inquiries andcommunication. Accordingly, the Company considers this matter resolved and asks that the Revdex.com close thisfile.Sincerely,Management
