I purchased a 2018 Mitsubishi mirage on December 24,2019 I put $500 downpayment and returned the car
to car lot January 11,2020 due to problems of communication and never getting approved with financing the vehicle. I walked in car lot just looking for car for $500 down and they sold me the worse car they had on the lot. The car is a 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage but the speedometer only worked sometimes and after going to work then school to pick me up kids the car would smell as if something was burning under the hood. I'm asking for my down payment back. The car was in very bad condition to be a 2018 so I returned the car to car lot.

I am very aware of this deal, the Ms. provided us a paystub from her previous employment, therefore the bank returned the deal and did not pay us due to her falsifying her information. and stated fraud information on her application. When Ms. returned the vehicle it was in horrible condition and has costed us over $650 in repairs. She purchased this vehicle on 12/26/2019 and just returned it on 1/11/20

I am rejecting this response because: I have pictures of the speedometer not working when I purchased the car I also have a video of the speedometer not working. I have an email I sent to *** telling him how the speedometer wasnt working and how the car had a burning smell after driving it short distances

I had purchased a car for my store in June of 2019. My credit was not ideal and the salesman was beyond helpful. This unfortunately was my only positive experience. I was asked to lie to the finance company when they conducted my interview. and was even asked if my employer would lie. My application was falsified by the loan officer, from my pay rate to my position at my job. I did lie to the finance company when they called July 10th and they informed that my payment was due on the 8th. I was unable to make that payment at that time so the bank denied my financing and sent it back to the dealership. I then talked to the bank and they told me they had sent my application back a total of 3 times and I was denied the financing. When I was called from the dealership *** called me at work demanding that I left and headed up there mind you I live and hr away and couldn't just leave work. He told me that I broke my contract. I had trouble understanding how I broke a contract when I don't have a contract with any bank. He then hung up on me. I called him several times and left messages trying to get this resolved, never heard back from him. All I want is my down payment back, and to let consumers know that you will get approved from this dealership you just have to the bank to get it taken care of.

We do not conduct that kind of business with our company. ***, purchased a vehicle from us and brought all documents into our dealership and falsified her employment and was no longer an employee with the company she stated on the application when she purchased her vehicle. She put over 3,000 miles on our current vehicle in 3 weeks and would not come in to take care of this matter or concern. I reached out to her multiple times via-phone to ask her to come in. Her response was "I will come in when I have time." I stated to her this is and important matter and needs to be taken care of urgently. We had to send out repo agent to get the vehicle over an hour away from our dealership. If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me.

I am rejecting this response because: I have the emails I have received from the dealership telling me that I need to send in documents from Hr. I'm still working where I said I was when I applied and our Hr manager will also tell you that she spoke with someone who asked her to do the same thing. The miles that I put on the car is irrelevant as I thought it was my car it is the summer and people do travel. I'm not the first person that this has happened to I should've read the reviews before hand. I understand that a business does not want to look bad but making false statements does not help. *** has not contacted me or returned my calls since the 1st time he has called and hung up with me while I was working. I have already spoke to the bank and also informed them of their wrong doings.

My sister and I put money down on a 2015 Ford Focus, it started having problems right away. I called and complained. Eventually they told me that they would pick up the car to see about it's problems. However after a week or so they said that the financing did not go through, but no finance company ever called my sister to verify. I asked for my money back and they said it doesn't work like that. we possibly owe them more money because it was a voluntary repo. Also they said our contract was null and void because it didn't get financed. They have our money and the car and are trying to get more money
My records show *** purchased a vehicle from us but, was a different vehicle as stated. Please get more information about the customer to make sure it's not someone else filing a falsified claim. Thanks

On November 5th 2018 I went into My Car Store looking to finance a vehicle, after picking out a car and several hours at the store I was told they got me a great deal but I needed to get them the down payment we discussed. I had things to do so I told them I would be back the next day on november 6th 2018.
When I returned on November 6th 2018 with the down payment they confessed the car hadn’t been financed but they could get me into a different cheaper car. I test drive the car and off the bat told them I did not want it. The sales lady *** continued to try and bully me into the car. I repeatedly told her NO. She told me they’d see what I can get financed for, then came back and told me I got financed for the Nissan I repeatedly told them I DID NOT want. After I told them I did not want the car they continued to try and bully me into it, when I told them I wanted my deposit back they then said “Ok, if we can get you into Car A would you buy the car?” I said yes and they said my deposit would be non refundable if they got me approved for the car and I decided not to take it. Which was understandable. I come back and was not approved for Car A. I waited for my refund for 45 minutes and no one acknowledged me. I ended up having to leave to pick my daughter up from daycare. I had called prior and *** told me I could get my refund.
I’ve returned on November 7th 2018 and now they are trying to tell me I can’t have my refund because they got me approved for a car I repeatedly told them I didn’t want.
They ran my credit MULTIPLE times for a car I said no to off the bat.
I did not give them consent to run my credit and get me accepted for a car I did not want. I want to make that very clear.
