In response to complaint: ID# *** Bobik met with them on December 8, explaining the differences between bullion coins and US investment grade coinsHe answered all their questions to their satisfactionThe clients reviewed their options and made the decision to move forward with
their purchase of investment grade coinsOn the return visit on December 15th they met with Jim C***, CEO and *** for a thorough explanation of the market price and PCGS (Professional coin grading system) which showed the purchased coins value (+or-) $wholesale A consideration was made by our CEO as a customer service effort he offered her an additional MSSt Gauden for $making the average price per coin $each, at or near the suggested pricing which they readily accepted and stated they were satisfied with the resolution.The Form was not filed earlier due to the client not providing a photo ID which needed to be attachedAfter several requests Ms*** brought in her ID on 12/and the was filed per required guidelinesThe client had been issued copies of her sales order via US Mail but was given additional copies including the modified one on this visit as well. This complaint has been resolved, additional customer service efforts were made and the customer left satisfied with the resolution. Since December 8th the price of gold and coins have dropped significantlyThus, it is our belief the client now has buyers’ remorseWe do not dictate market conditions nor do we offer a money back guarantee as is the case with any market driven financial investment
