Review: On Oct. 11, 2014 I went to the My Bullfrog.com, [redacted] to deal with an issue about my [redacted] cell phone. My issue was resolved. The sales associate sold me on porting my land line over to [redacted] and I was told I had 14 days to decide if this service suited my needs. Since it was a holiday weekend my service could not be connected and I was not told that my internet service would not work since I receive it through the [redacted] phone lines. I returned the equipment on Oct.19, 2014 well within the 14 days. Then I started receiving bills in the amount of $240.40 for early termination. I have also been receiving robotic calls from [redacted]'s billing department about my overdue bill. I have visited the My Bullfrog.com store at least 5 times, the last time on Dec. 16,2014 when I spent over 1 hour in the store with the associate on the phone with [redacted]. After 1 hour and 10 minutes I could stand it no longer and went home. After I got home I received a call back from the associate at the store and he told me that I would be credited for the full amount of $240.40 by tonight. But I have been told this several times previously. I do not trust [redacted] to follow through with their promise. I have spent over 25 hours of my time trying to resolve this issue and my time is valuable which [redacted] does not seem to take into consideration!I never was able to port my land line phone to [redacted] and I would like to make sure that these overdue bills do not affect my credit score rating which is over 850. I would like to be compensated for the time, pain and suffering I have endured. I currently have a migraine headache due to these issues. At a minimum my suffering should be worth at least double the amount [redacted] charged me or $480.80. The phone number I am complaining about is [redacted]. My cell number is [redacted] but the cell was never part of this land line porting since it is a friends and family line with my brother.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the full amount of the $240.40 credited to me, be compensated for my pain and suffering and make sure that there are no negative comments on my credit reports with all three credit agencies.
