My Buddy's Carwash

I tried the automatic wash took my 7.00 never turned on. Ran my credit card in the self wash bay… charged it 5.00 and never turned on….. walked around the crash wash no number to call…. This happened to me a few month ago too and was out 7.00 had to dispute it with my bank because there no contact number for them…..

I loved the fact that it’s close to my house, but from now on I’ll make extra trip into Ellwood and use theirs…..

Review: I paid for an $8 carwash and the wash did not work. There was no number listed to contact the owner for a help/a refund. The refund button on the money machine did not work. There is no phone number or website listed online.Desired Settlement: Refund

[redacted]September 15, 2015 Dear [redacted],Our carwash is an unattended carwash just like any other carwash. Except our carwash is on the same property as my other business. I have an office in the main building behind the carwash and several employees that are walking the grounds at any giving time. Our business thrives on honesty and respect. That is why when the carwash malfunctions, we do free and complimentary carwashes. We do not want any money that we didn't earn. Sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused you.
