I went to this dealer with my boyfriend. The guy told us that in order to run the price and our credit to give us prices we would have to pay a $500 deposit. He told me verbally that if I changed my mind or if the price was not to my liking he would refund my deposit. After charging my debit card he then hands me a paper saying that the refund was non refundable along with the recipe from the register so I asked him again. He told me again he would refund it. After he ran the numbers my boyfriend and I decided not to but the car. We called the dealer up and he refused to give us our refund claiming he had already bought parts for he car. How and why would he buy parts if we were still in thw process of considering it? So know he refuses to give us our refund as he stated he would yesterday.
