Dear Sue ***,Sorry to hear about your daughter's experience. It was a badger game that weekend, and our hotel was completely full along with many badger fans celebrating outside. The maintenance checked the room that you checked in and we didn’t find anything wrong with the
guest's room.Per Cancellation Policy "If reservation is not cancelled by PM day before arrival or guest does not show up then night will be charged", and based on that we cannot refund it, because the cancellation policy requires notification hours prior to 3:PM.Thank you,Nanni ***Nanni ***
