Based on information provided by the Complaint ID: [redacted] [redacted] the contract would be outside of its warranty period We clearly offer a year workmanship warranty and this complaint is just shy years after the installation and nearly months out of that warranty With all that being said and not having the information at hand I would like the customer to let me know what the repair was and the cost and we will see if it is something we could assist in If you can reach out to them and have them contact me direct on ###-###-#### I will see what can or needs to be done
I just spoke to the Customer and the issue was the plumbing pipe coming through the roof in which we did not and was not responsible for replacing.her repair bill for that was dollars in which there is no liability from us to cover she understood that now that we spoke.I told her I would send her a rebate Check of $as a customer service matter to assist them in the repair cost due to the somehow lack of communication or whatever tool place here I emphasize this issue was not roof related but plumbing related in which we are not licensed to perform The Customer is happy and I explained to them I never received the complaint until I found it myself when I contacted you and that was the problem with the delay.I asked her to notify you of this.thanks [redacted] ***
My Affordable Roof strives to resolve issues quickly and make our customers happy. We have reached out to this customer and have come up with an offer that was agreeable to them. We sent a 600.00 refund for this misunderstanding. The Sales Rep that gave wrong information is no... longer with our company. The customers did express that they were very happy with the roof job!
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 1***0, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved
