My A/C Guy

I have used My A/C Guy for several years for maintenance. Recently purchased 2 units. Couldn?t be happier. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable, honest and professional.

My A/C stopped working on a Saturday morning with 2 kids including a infant at home in the middle of June. I called My A/C Guy and I was immediately helped to troubleshoot the system for any quick fixes. After knowing it required further review, My A/C Guy came out the same morning and had my A/C fixed within a couple hours. Excellent service, super knowledgeable, highly recommend to anyone.

Terrific from start to finish. We called on a sunday afternoon and they gave us troubleshooting tips to try until they could get to it Monday. They came out promptly and tried everything to get our existing system working, explaining everything they were doing along the way. When it came to replacing, they gave us three options that were optimized for our house, and recommended we shop around. We chose one of their units and they came the following day and overcame major wiring issues in the house to get it working right. We are now happy owners of a much improved system and very happy with the way we were treated by these guys. Highly recommended.

Once again, My A/C Guy, Inc. came through for me on short notice, explained all options and solutions in detail, and keep my A/C running smoothly and efficiently. Today they installed an Air Probe Sanitizer which I am very excited about, not only for me, but for my pets to breathe cleaner air. They walked me through everything they did with the service, and even recommended some better filters than what I was using. They are always courteous, respectful, and always on time. Excellent communication and service. I?ll always call Kyle for my A/C needs!

My AC Guy is the best AC company. Kyle will come at any time he is available. He came to my home at 8:30 pm to flush my unit. He is very professional and leaves my home as clean as it was when he arrived.I am thankful that there are companies out there....especially in South Florida that care about you. I reccomend My AC Guy to everyone!
