driveway that needed to be towed out. Company wanted to get it done before the weather got bad. By the time the cars got cleared out it was the end of the painting season for 2013. He told consumer he would re-schedule her for 2014. At that point seemed like the consumer wanted to change her mind and asked for refund of deposit. Told consumer he would issue a refund for the deposit. He already purchased the paint & it is tinted. He cannot return it. Wanted to give partial refund & reschedule the job. The consumer just wants the refund. Seems like she does not want the company to paint it. He will issue refund no later than June 30th. Will issue bank check.
