Placed an order for 2 Airpods that I never received and no response to any emails that I've sent in inquiring any updates regarding my purchase.
I placed an order through the company's website on 4/16/2020.I received an email confirmation of order *** of 2 airpods totaling up to $114.75 including shipping and tax.On the confirmation email, it was stated that my order would be mailed between 5/25-5/29/2020 with 3 business day shipping.I followed up with them on 5/30/2020 that I had not received my order yet and that I wanted a refund. I received a reply back that due to COVID-19 orders were taking longer to process and that the new wait time would be between 7/8-7/24. I checked their IG page on 7/4 and they were showcasing that they had the set that I ordered in stock and for sale. I emailed them again with no response. i've messaged them through their IG business page with 3 times with no response. My last email that I sent to them was that I was going to report them to IG as well as Revdex.com.
i want a complete refund IMMEDIATELY of the entire amount i paid for $114.75
Company accepts money but does not ship their product. They refuse to answer emails and erase comments on their Instagram.

No item arrived no shipment updates emailed them numerous times tried contacting them through Instagram. No explanation no response, and now appears to have shut down their help email Address

Purchased Mvmt pods, never received
Purchased Charcoal Grey Mvmt pods 1/25/20, order *** Package scheduled to deliver Feb 24th-28th. On 3/12/20, I emailed on status of my order. Joe from Mvmt responded with delayed shipment until end of March. On 4/17/20, I asked again on status. Roxy responded due to Covid-19 orders delayed and expect to ship by 4/30/20. On 6/1/20 I again emailed on status. I even asked if it was just a color issue, I will take whatever at this point or just refund my money. NO RESPONSE. On 6/11/20, I emailed again to at least respond. NO RESPONSE. I was billed $47.91 on 1/25/20 to my Visa.

My son ordered MATT Black MvmtPods from this company on January 5th. At first, the company said the product would ship by January 27th. Then, the company changed the ship date to February 28th. I asked for a refund, they said no refunds.
Then they said it will be shipped by end of March.Emailed in April and May but received no response to emails.. They always say that they have run out of stock. I have been waiting for over 5 months for something that should have arrived in less than 1 month. Their website prominently says that the product will ship in 3 business days. However, customer service said that this does not include "processing time". This advertising gives a false impression of how quickly customers can expect to receive the product. I am seriously wondering if this company is a scam and they just robbed my money. At this point we want a complete refund of the money I spent on this product.

I ordered the AirPod Matte Black on December 30th 2019. It is now June 6th 2020 and I have not received the product. MvmtPods will no longer respond.
I ordered the Mvmt Air Pod matte black product on December 30th of 2019. The product was scheduled to be delivered on January 11th 2020. The product never arrived. I have emailed the customer service contact several times. Initially they responded and said they had a delay in shipping. Then they blamed the Pandemic of covid-19 as to why I had not received the product. They stopped responding in March and will not respond to me.
I want the product delivered or my money back.

Ordered headphones on 2/23/2020 with an estimated ship date by 3/23/2020. At that time my cc was charged. Emailed on 4/1/2020 and received response that order is delayed because of COVID 19 but should by ready to ship by 4/30/2020. Emailed again on 5/6/2020 as my order still says ready but there was no shipping/tracking number. No response. Emailed again on 5/14, 5/18, 5/21, 5/27, requesting a status of my order or a complete refund. I have heard nothing. There is no number to call. I understand things have been delayed with COVID but as far as I know forms of communication have not.
At this time, due to poor customer service, I am requesting a full refund, $72.31 back to my cc.

On March 4, 2020 I made a online purchase of $57.91 order #*** to MVMT Pods. Was notified that my order would be shipped by March 27, 2020. Said before order was completed that I would be given an order nu ber that I did receive along with a tracking order that I did not.
On March 27, 2020 I sent an email to the company inquiring about my order. I received one back the same day from a "Roxy" person stating that they had not yet received my order and were witing on it so they could send it to me. Now it has been 2 months longer and I still have not received my purchase. I have tried contacting the MVMT Pods company 4 - 5 more times with concerned inquiries about my purchase and I have not received any response back from them. My last one was asking for a refund of my full amount of $57.91 that I paid them due to not being able to get a response back or my purchase. I still have not heard from anyone. I would just like to get my money back now.

Ordered new MVMT Matte black pods in late january with delivery promised by end of February and still as of May 12 no delivery or updates.
Order No. *** placed on January 20th 2020. Cost $63.90 paid via credit card online purchase. Promised to be shipped by February 28, 2020. No updates were sent out when the date was missed and wasn't until I emailed incessantly that I was told they would be sent by March 20th. Once again promised date came and went without any update from the company and once again was forced to email multiple times until I was finally answered and told that due to Covid outbreak they would now be delayed until April 30th and here we are yet again with no updates from the company and no product delivered. I have seen multiple people on their social media platforms make these same complaints. Seems to me they are scamming people out of their money and have no intentions on sending product. The email responses I have are from Joe and Roxy at MVMT pods.
I would like to receive the product or be fully refunded.

Placed an order with this company 1/30/20 for the matte black pods order 5204 and paid 57.91 with my debit card. The item description stated shipping in February. I was ok with that. I had not received item in February and emailed customer service 3/3/20 asking for an update. Reply from "Joe" informed that shipment was delayed and would ship 3/20/20 now. Waited and no shipment or tracking info. Emailed again 4/12/20 to ask for update. No response. This is not the only company currently doing business during this pandemic. That is no excuse for poor customer service and items not delivered. If they are unable to provide the product they promised, they should refund customers.

I, like others who have filed complaints with Revdex.com regarding this company, ordered a set of earbuds on January 28, 2020. My account was billed for 57.91 on January 30, 2020. These were for a gift for late February. When late February came and went, I reached out via email on March 3 and received no response, despite the website's claim of 24/7 email support. I reached out again via email on March 4. On March 6, Joe with MVMT finally responded via email and stated that all orders would be packaged and shipped by March 20. This date came and went as well with no updates and no product received. I reached out via email on April 6 to cancel the order and request a refund. On April 7, Roxy from MVMT responded via email and stated they do not provide refunds. Terrible experience. Terrible customer satisfaction. I currently have lost $60 and have received no product.
At this point, the experience has been so poor, I simply wish to have a refund.

Company won't refund for a non-shipped product even after they don't seem to be able to fulfill the order. Placed a dispute and stop payment on the card and wanting this companies website to be shut down as I believe the business is fraudulent.
Would like the business to refund for non-delivery of advertised product. There policy states no refund, but this is due to product never being received.

At the moment we are waiting on stock to arrive in order to get her order shipped out. Because of this recent corona virus we are experiencing a hold up on stock. We will let her know as soon as we get her order shipped.

Order from there company on December 30, 2019 and was told item would ship January 6-9 2020 never received item or an email telling us why. Soni emailed them and gave them my order number and they told me it would ship December 27th. Again no item and no email. I've since then sent 5 emails and other messages via Instagram and haven't received an answer from them. Normally I wouldn't care but they took the $60 from me for the item, but I have no item from them. I have no idea to get my money back. Please help me, my order number from them that they gave me is order # 4252
