Dear Revdex.com: I am writing in regards to a complaint files with the Revdex.com from [redacted] * [redacted] on 0127/ On 12-10-we arrived at work and noticed a truck parked outside our yard that had a board placedfrom the truck up over the barbwire of our impound yard fenceThe owner of our company went insidethe yard and found a man in the yard, he ran into our shop and we locked him in and called the police.When the police arrived the man was arrested and we found him in possession of a bag he was trying tosteal While the police were here doing the investigtion M[redacted] came to retrieve her belongings from hercar that had been here days and was beening picked up.by ·INS: When she got to the yard the officerlet her go through the bag the man had to see if anything belonged to her and there was notShe thenremoved a lot of items from her car After days she e-mailed us a list of belongings she claimed were missing that she now noticed weregone We told her we would be happy to give her for her inconvenientWe were puzzled that theitems were not found since we caught the manSo Officer [redacted] came and viewed the cameras fromthat dayThinking he must have had someone outside the gate he had somehow thrown the items overthe fenceI have enclosed the list as well The camera relieved him entering the yard at 7:56am and going from car to car putting stuff into the bagwe foundAt 8:12am it showed us opening the gate and him running to the shop and police arriving at8:16amIt doesn't show anything being taken from her car We did however offer her $for any inconvenience and she refusedThe bill itself I have enclosedalso shows that the total bill was and not 2.5K as she stated in her statement.Office [redacted] and I have spoken extensively about this case and after viewing the cameras came to theconclusion that she was not being honest with us or FWPD I would also like to state that our driver that responded to her car accident stated he waited on scenefor her to remove her valuables before the car ever made it to our yardShe retrieved items on thescene and again at the time of the burglary We to are the victims of a crimeOur lot is secure that is why he couldn't get out and was caught We try to make every customer happy but we expect them to be honest as well and she was not Thank You,Robin F*Office Manager

I attached the invoice that shows they were going to fix the table base free of charge, but it also includes that we paid $cash. When he dropped off the table he promised an invoice for the transaction which we never officially received

Dear MV Towing. I am not satisfied with your response and will still be pursuing legal action against you. This has been a horrible example of your poor business practices and how you treat your clientele.
