What is going on with this company? They offered me $635 to “hopefully remember them whenever of every I choose to sell my home” all verbatim; on “good faith” for a good deed? The notary caME Day, I did receipt documents BUT…. They are extremely concerning… a lien on my property? A 40 YEAR CONTRACT? Whaaaaat? And they had my home value listed… hmm 🤔 where and how and why should I take that value as a “SOLD” “total sales price for a 3% commission “IF I TERMINATERGE CONTRACT?” Hmm. There is a 3 day rescission period… what does that mean exactly? Does anyone know? Does that man they wait before you get paid or if you get paid then rescind you have to pay back? ..just sounds super odd…..
Good luck with that class action. Read the contract! They might be sm but it’s better to be sm then ignorant!
When the homeowner tried to break his 40-year contract (which they did nothing, not try to sell the property and did not even list it) they charged the homeowner an $8,000 fee to break the contract. BEWARE MV Realty- why would they even try to sell the homes, when they make a minimum of $8,000 to just let the homeowner out of their contract. They have a virtual gold mine for not doing a darn thing, they just wait the homeowner out and collect their $8,000. .
Do not fall for their double-talk and stay very far away from this company. If you really wish to hit them hard, take away their Twillio phone service by reporting them to [email protected] and make then accountable for their actions by reporting them to the FTC as well as other law enforcement agencies like your local police and possibly even the FBI. Here is the link to what they do to unsuspecting people https://www.wftv.com/news/action9/action-9-investigates-realtor-offer-homeowners...⇄ /> stay away from MV Realty. They are scammers and spammers.
Do not sign any contract with any unprofessional Notary , that works as team to mislead home owner in days coming
I personally was experiencing some drama, Notary public called sunshine Notary solution how show up after phone call from an agent MV reality declare that they will offer over $1000 just to start relationship, then send a female lady as Notary to lock me up and hook me with a contract not even allowed me to read it , unprofessional came with an other strange male same color , in my driveway after 10:00 pm singing some very important documents tha needs an attorney to go over it , rushing me to sign in exchange for the check $1095 .
No copy is been giving , no explanation about the content of the documents, nothing been notarized, then they took off .
I called the PSL police to repot the incident requesting the Notary public lady (celobatrra) to return the documents .
She refuse . The officer told me to report theme to BBB , FBI, FBA. And to go ahead next day to cancel what ever contract that they maybe looking to put it in fact after 3 days of that date .
I m so lucky that , I found MV reality business to scam Americans how own homes
MV reality trying to put home owners to share some from there asset value by scamming theme
Shame to MV reality
Shame to sunshine Notary solution , they know about the scam but they got their part of the cake.
I've listed my townhouse for saleOn the MLS, I've stated that the buyer's commission is 2% less the $fee that they have to pay to the Seller's agent *** *** an agent from MV Realty, called on 9/22/and asked if we could increase the commission or pay the fee We have agreed that I will increase the fee to 2.5% but they will need to pay the $ She agreed and we have continue with our transaction A contract was executed on 9/25/ Then, an addendum was made on 10/10/to include the Commission However, *** and her broker firm intentionally omit the verbiage in regards to the $fee As a person with good faith, I thought that by putting the 2.5% commission will only affect ***'s portion but does not supersede the $fee However, I later then found out from the title company that I would have to pay the 2.5% commission plus the fee When I approached ***, she claimed that there is nothing she can do since I already signed the contra
