Horrible customer service and false advertising. I ordered a video that was 1920x1080 HD then sell for $10.00 and deliver a lousy video that looks like the quality is 480p when downloaded. I also intimated that I think that any pages doing this false advertisement
should be taken down. They refused to refund my money on the grounds that all sales are final
Receiving emailed newsletters for promotions despite removing myself from their mailing list by unsubscribing from it.
Trying to unsubscribe again just says that my email address isn't in their database.
This company has no email address contact to resolve problems or complaints for their online website's actions
I purchased a video from this website for $75.00 and was told by the performer that the video could not be completed the way I requested so I emailed customer support and asked for a refund since I wont be getting anything for the money. They are flat out refusing to refund money to my original payment method and said they only give refunds as "site credit". I do not want 75 dollars worth of site credit. I want this money refunded. Ive emailed them for a week and given them every opportunity to refund which they have refused to do.

This is completely inaccurate. I purchased a customized video which I was notified by the performer that would be unable to be made. The performer said that since the video would not be able to be sent the way I had requested, I would need to cancel. I tried to cancel and get the money refunded by this pitiful excuse of customer service and they refused, instead issuing me "site credit". I do not want site credit, I want a refund. If this company will not issue me my refund then my bank will stop the charge and block MV Productions from my credit card completely.

Since the customer has been credited, we consider this matter resolved.
I have given Manyvids every opportunity to resolve this issue, and they have continuously sent back emails that have repeated the same request from me, which I still did. They have ignored my emails to them, I have asked to be refunded in full, because I cannot access the videos I purchased and they have flat out refused. I need to sue this company to get back my money, or they can fix their site, so I can access the videos I purchased.
