MV Plaza Car Wash

Review: On Monday June 29th at 5:35pm took my vehicle to get carwash..the service was very bad they didnt vaccum my car right they janked my floor mat hold down hook and did not offer to fix it. They put a rip on my drivers seat and denied they did it when that rip wasnt there when I pulled up..I brough it up to mamanagement and they denied doing anything..called me a liar and said that the rupture was there..if it was there how come they didnt bring it up to my attention before they started working on it..why did the janked my floor mat broke oof the hold down hook and throw in the broken hook in the side of my drivers pocket with out telling me. It was negligence, careless, bad service from the assistant manager and their staff..In top when I was complaining and walked away the assistant manager was talking smak behind my back on spanish with the cashier...very unprofessional. I want a full refund and repajr what they damage my driver seat has a rupture and I had to repair the floor mat hold down hook myselfDesired Settlement: I demand a refund of the horrible carwash they did and repair of my leather driver seat
