Mr. [redacted] asked for payment options I told him we always carry a 6 month no interest at no charge. Mr. [redacted] said he needed more...

time. Told Mr. [redacted] we had no special financing available at this time but if he wanted to pay a service charge of $338.95 to the store I could finance him for 18 months no interest. Mr. Lopes was in agreement. The cust was delivered all of the merchandise. It was brand new. the cust can come into the store and get warranty information at any time. I wish Mr. [redacted] would have just called so we could have resolved this matter. We were not contacted in any way by the cust. By the way, I talked to Synchrony Bank and they said they will credit $338.95 to his account. Thank you, MV Home Furnishings
