Review: My complaint stems from "Muzeek World" offering an item (QSC speakers) at what appeared to be a decent price, later to find that they had no intention of selling them for the listed price. After all of my credit card and personal information was given and the item was officially purchased, including a copy of my receipt/order confirmation #, I made a phone call checking on the status of my order five days after the purchase, and was reassured that the the Item was being shipped, and an e-mail with a tracking number would be promptly sent to me. I did receive an email, however It stated that the item I had purchased was on sale the previous month, and could only be offered at a higher price:"sorry QSC just called me and apparently the sale they had was over last month. So they are not honoring the special they had, and since we sold thru the ones we had in our warehouse I cannot sell them for the $309.00. The best I can do is sell them to you at the current dealer cost which is $559.00 plus $19.00 freight on each. If thats okay with you I can keep it on order, if not I will cancel it ...and I'm so sorry for any issues that this may have caused." Now, there is free shipping on hundreds of items (extremely well advertised), Including the speaker I had purchased, except now the price is jacked up to nearly double and there is $20 extra in shipping on each speaker?I highly doubt that this item is A) not in stock due to selling out, and B) there was ever a sale by QSC in the first place. It did not state "special sale price" anywhere on their website as it should have if there was a sale, and it did not state that they were "out of stock." and after reading the above e-mail I received, I went back to look on the MuzeekWorld website, and the price is now higher than what was offered to me, making it appear as though I am getting some special deal. I am extremely frustrated because I believe this to be an example of Bate and Switch.See Terms and Conditions: Typographical Errors and Processing Time.Desired Settlement: My desired settlement would be for "Muzeek World" to honor the originally stated price on my receipt and order #, and send me the Items that I ordered.

Response:
Hi [redacted], hope all is well. I do remember this customer. QSC had a huge special which ended a couple of days before he placed an order. In our system we showed a pair in stock still, but it was an open demo unit that we used…that’s why it still was showing up in our system as a "ghost product" where its in stock, but does not see where its allocated. I actually offered the customer a new unit at our regular cost which we never do.. Which was $400.00 below what we normally sell it for , but he did not want it. Please let me know if you have any questions at all
