Muvement

Review: I joined Muvement to attend their Catalyst Bootcamp Classes. After several months, I have to cancel this membership due to personal circumstances. I have reached out to Muvement both via email and by leaving voicemail messages over the last three weeks. I have received NO response to any of my attempts. When I go to the direct location, there is no reception area and the only employee to be found is the instructor in the middle of a class. At this point, April's fees have been deducted from my credit card. I am being charged for a class I cannot attend and no one has the decency to contact me back about this. The customer service provided by Muvement is unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like acknowledgement that my membership has been cancelled as well as a refund of April's fees.
