Company verbally promised to refund a premium they obtained in error on 6/of $in addition to an $overdraft bank fee I incurred as a result
Policy ***Agent had previously submitted correct bank draft info, however, Insurance co drafted from a different credit card $on 6/27.As a result I also incurred a $bank fee insufficient fundsTelephoned Mutual of Omaha spoke with several representatives, who advised me to submit bank info proving info which I did.I was told it would take two weeks initially to process, it has been almost a month, and last representative told me two weeks ago,they would DEFINITELY be able to refund me and I should expect a check in the mail in a day or twoIts been days or more since that phone call and I had not received any checkTelephoned Mutual of Omaha again this morning, representative advised the previous rep should have never told me to expect a check, then she went on to say, they couldn't would re-Review the request
