Thought I was ordering free trial with shipping charge. Within 2 weeks another $174.95 was from my bank. When I called they had no record of me.
Purchase 5/12/2020. Order # ***. $13.79. Unauthorized $174.90 6/01/2020. Payment method visa debit card.
I would like a refund for the amount charged for product not ordered or received and want no further contact from this company.
No record of call from customer in system; easily pulled up customer in portal.

False advertisement on website. Advertised trial product for "FREE" and two weeks later charge my bank account was $89.95. I want full refund.

"By placing an order with us, you agree to our full Terms and Conditions and the enrollment our monthly auto-ship program, where you will immediately be billed the shipping and handling amount of $4.97. We will then immediately ship you your first bottle of Muto Eye Serum. In 15 days (approximately 4 days for shipping and 11 days to try the product), your credit card will be automatically charged the full retail price of $84.95."
The above terms are with a check box that will not allow the customer to go any further without checking in agreement to terms of full retail price. The below is the result notes from speaking with customer service regarding product return and refund. Customer was given all tools and resources necessary for refund without issues, as well as information on terms and pricing again.

The obnoxious customer service rep was talking over me and would not listen. He tried to get me to signup and pay half price for the product. His responses are incorrect. I did NOT sign up for auto-ship. (Reason: Cannot afford) Those are his words. That is a lie. I did NOT say those words.
I would NEVER agree to a monthly auto-ship program for a free trail product that I had NEVER used before. Furthermore, there were NO VISIBLE Terms and Conditions on the website. I did not see any information about returning the product in two weeks if I did not want it.
I completely understood that I was getting a Free trail of the product because it was advertised as free and I paid for shipping.
It is false advertisement. Customers must be aware of this scam.
Please refund my bank account with $84.95 by Friday 02/21/2020. This is a complete scam.

I ordered trial sized samples of muto skin cream and eye serum. I paid 4.95 each The company did not provide a clear disclosure of their policies.

On 1/31/20 thé company charged my VISA $89.95 and $84.95 for monthly orders of their product. They stated I had not responded within 14 days since my original order and this was their policy. I had not read their policies and they were not included in their original Sales page. I succeeded in getting this cancelled, but they will not cancel the $84.95/and $ 89.95. They did not provide a clear and conspicuous disclosure of this free trial period and the negative option feature. I received no information about the cost of additional goods or how to cancel or return items. I believe they should return the money immediately.
I believe they should return the $89.95 and $84.95. They agreed to cancel the membership plan on 1/31/20, so why was money with held. What is the purpose of the payment? *** .

I am very pleased that this problem has been solved. I have learned from this experience and will not order something
online until I thoroughly research the details.

After paying for a free sample paying only shipping, a month later I was charged for additional product that I did not order or receive.
the only product I received was two small samples. After a month I was charged $89.94 for additional product that I did not order or receive. I and my bank have attempted to get the company to refund my money. I hope I have been able to cancel the account with the company, but have no confidence that they will honor my request to do so. Since the $89.94 charge they have attempted to charge my bank account three additional times.
I want a total refund of the $89.94 that has been charged to my bank account. I also want certification in writing that they will not attempt to charge my bank account for any additional amounts.

SEEMS EVEN THOUGH WRONG PRODUCT WAS SENT & BILLED FOR , THEN RETURNED & CANCELLED THEY KEEP SENDING DIFFERENT THINGS & BILLING US AGAIN. WE WANT THESE PEOPLE TO JUST STOP BILLING OUR ACCOUNT. WE HAVE CALLED TWICE & CANCELLED. HAVE ALL EMAILS. BUT IM CONCERNED ITS NEVER GOING TO STOP.
STOP SENDING US PRODUCTS OF ANY SORT & STOP BILLING US. DELETE OUR PAYMENT SOURCE AND CANCEL US FROM ANYTHING YOU DO OR HAVE EVER CARRIED.

The refund was processed and a confirmation email was also sent to ***@aol.com 10/16 at 10:19am. We strive for better customer service than what was performed here and that agent no longer is with the company.
