I have done business twice with this company before and have received the product in return. However, on the third time, the company never sent the product to me, refunded me, or even contacted me. I requested a refund from this company, but again he stopped keeping in contact with me. I have reached out using multiple forms of communication the past few weeks and they have ignored all of them. I even tried to get a full refund since it did not seem like I was going to get my order fulfilled. In the past, I have ordered apparel for my organization at Texas A&M University an they have fulfilled it for me. However, on the third business interaction, I never received my product or money back or any type of explanation/communication.
