Mustard Seed Moving did 2,damage to my furniture on May 29, He overbooked the day of the move and his employees loaded the truck at 8:am and finished at 11:am Employee brought in contract after truck was loaded and ask me to sign it Did not have opportunity to read the contract He said sign here and here and we have insurance if anything is damagedI didn't want to write a check till I knew my furniture was okay When all furniture was in place at new home I found lots of damageOwner was called and said he would send someone out the next day Did not show I stopped payment on his check and will gladly pay him when he replaces or repairs my furniture Owner is not cooperating at all

This is a company that has damaged my 70 inch television and now they are refusing to pay for the replacement of a new one. I paid 714.00 movers to avoid my nice items from being destroyed and now to know that professionals cause the same damage is unacceptable.

Employee brought in contract after truck was loaded and ask me to sign it. Did not have opportunity to read the contract. He said sign here and here and we have insurance if anything is damaged. I didn't want to write a check till I knew my furniture was okay. When all furniture was in place at new home I found lots of damage. Owner was called and said he would send someone out the next day. Did not show. I stopped payment on his check and will gladly pay him when he replaces or repairs my furniture. Owner is not cooperating at all.
