Application was not completed and decision-ed within the time frame before the expired fund policy,which is fraud. I escalated to manager and she stated they outsource and that takes 3 days but the policy states 2 days which is not an accurate policy.
Other (requires explanation) Refund of deposit money
On 2/24/2020 *** submitter her rental application. She was informed that there would be an additional deposit required with her approval. On 2/27/2020 she informed our leasing agent that she will be withdrawing her application due to the additional deposit required. I attached her signed acknowledgement that deposits are non refundable after the 48 hours period.
