This customer placed an order on our web site with an incorrect phone number We attempted to contact the customer to confirm the order and were told by the person who answered the phone that they did not know this person and they were not employed by the company As we are very
proactive in preventing fraudulent order for our customers we were unsure if this was a legitimate order and had to cancel the order We have since reached out to the customer multiple times and have been met with only hostility

The item this customer was ordering was not in stock at the time he placed his order He was not charged a penny This was a pricing error on our web site and was corrected as soon as it was noticed No item shipped We have the following disclaimer on our web site"Music
Direct reserves the right to correct any pricing errorsPricing is subject to change at anytime and without notice." We informed the customer it was a translation in digits and the price should have been $319, not $ We offered the customer a special price on the item to make up for the error, but could not complete the order at the given price Again, he was not charged and nothing shipped
