Hi ***, I'm sorry apparently I was on vacation when you sent this the first time and left a message, I wasn't given that information so I apologizeThis guitar was delivered to the customer in MarchThe UPS tracking number on the delivery was 1ZI am unaware of any complaint
from this customer, items due tend to get backordered that time of year because all the vendors are at the NAMM music convention and they always get backed upIf he would of called here and asked for a manager or told his salesman Tom he was unhappy we would of been glad to credit his card until it was ready to ship to himI would be happy to send him some free swag for the waiting, but if he would have called me it could of been resolved right away Tell us why here
Terrible Customer Service! I was quoted a price on some headphones, ATH-M50X. The guy that I spoke with argued with me because I didnt know that Wisconsin had a law that forbid you from trying out headphones before purchasing. I stressed that I would like to try something out before dropping over $100 for it. He then told me "They are not over $100, they are $99" I said and after tax it will be over $100 and he says smartly "They will be $104". I did not understand why the guy wanted to continue a back and forth with me as if I had no reason to question how my money is spent. I did not pick up the headphones that day but I said I'd be back. I came back a few days later and the guy was there and spoke from across the floor, "I see you're back for 'em". I'm like yeah.. I ask how much just to confirm and he says "$150". I said you just told me the other day that these were $99, he then says "I never said that, I told you that the Sony's under those were $99". I had my kids in the car when I stopped in this days and didnt want to start another back and forth with this guy when I could possibly be wrong myself, so I left. I then got home and called as I remembered the exact conversation we had and I broke that down to him over the phone. He then says "you know what, you are right.. I do remember telling you they were $99". I said can I come in and get them for that price" He says not today because the owner would have to approve, you can try Monday when he's in. I said okay. I came in Monday evening a little bit before the store closed at 6 and the minute this guy saw me a look of anger came over his face. He then started to get frantic and rude, "I'm going to honor that price but they are non returnable!", he said that to me a few times then he went to the other guy at the register and told him that he was was not ringing me up and does not want it billed under his name. He then repeated to him right in front of me a few times "He needs to know that these are non returnable" as if I was not right in front of him. I then said I can hear you just fine. He then storms off and goes into the back where I can see the guy pacing and drinking his coffee and giving me the dirtiest looks ever. This was in front of all the other customers in the store and the manger as well, the other guy that billed me out told me that the manger is right here but would not tell me the angry guy's name. Over all im not sure why this guy took all of his frustration out on me in the store. If he quoted me a wrong price it was his fault and not mine. This was my first time doing business at this store and it will most certainly be my last.
