Continued rental billing for a purchased clarinet. Purchase was completed in June 2013.
On 6/30/2013 I paid off the balance on the clarinet I was renting for my son. A promotional discount was applied. The amount I paid was $306.01. Since then the store has contacted me saying it should have been a different amount, another $30 or so. The logic was explained, but the original sales amount they used for the clarinet which was in "the computer" was different and higher than the amount I had printed on my contract. Following the discount logic I have verbally reached agreement that I was correct and that the billing would be corrected several times. I spoke with the local store manager at the [redacted] W [redacted] Exton PA XXXXX store. The bill is coming from what is apparently a headquarters in Frederick, MD.
The most recent bill was a month ago. They are now also adding rental fees each month and increasing the balance, even after affirming that this would be taken care of and the bills would stop.
