They have moved me and my kids and never have I had a issue getting some one to return my call . I made a claim and Colton or Coston called me came out and started getting things fixed. Then all of a sudden I do not hear from him and call and was told he no longer worked their. Who took over my claim turned part of it over to the insurance, which did not pay for all of it less 400.00 . Then we had agreed on 250.00 Colton and I for the other charges. To this day no one has ever contacted me I have left my number several times with claims. I am just trying to get what Colton had started finished after all he did represent you at the time.
The movers were certainly not the movers any of us had used before. I still have pieces not in the correct place and was willing to use the money owed to get it done and something put together that I could not do. I have tried to get in touch .

I would not recommend them as they damaged several of my items that were suppose to be wrapped and were not and then they were damaged. Contacted Muscled Up Movers and was told a repair person would be in touch with me. That was over a week ago and still nothing. Have contacted them a couple of times to let them know and still no word. You have to really watch the workers as they get lax and stop doing a good job as they become more tired as the move progresses. I will not be using them again. It's all in the men they hire.

From the first phone call to Muscled Up Movers they were very professional and courteous. Our move was scheduled and the men showed up as agreed during the time frame we were given. They were efficient, professional and friendly both through the loading and unloading. The cost was also reasonable. We were pleased with the way everything was handled and absolutely recommend Muscled Up Movers for either a local or out of state move.

Mr. Parker and Mr. Archer did a great job. They were very careful with all of our belongings. We have one China cabinet that is a family piece and is my most valued piece of furniture. I told them this and they wrapped that thing up like Ft. Knox, ha! They made sure not one single scratch got on it. And the irreplaceable glass that was in it was very well taken care of. They were very pleasant and had us smiling all day. I have never seen two guys work harder than these. They never quit! Marquise, who handled setting up the move, was great and gave us all the information we needed. The quote was spot on, no surprises in pricing. Definitely recommend these guys. Thank you!

Great experience over and over! These guys are well trained and do an excellent job! Super service. On time and are anxious to please!

The young men showed up on time and were very good at wrapping all the furniture. They were also very nice - my comments do not reflect on that. Could they have been more careful in the actual move and placed Items in the storage unit as I asked - yes - BUT - on me - I wasn't watching, and didn't say anything. Also dropped a few fragile
(MARKED) boxes. I don't believe anything broke as I wrapped them well. Would I recommend - yes.. but be involved

Did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend them for your moving needs. Thanks guys

Thank you so much for your review Shelly! It was absolutely our pleasure to move you. Please call us if we can ever be of assistance in the future!

Fast and courteous but Wine chiller was not working after they moved it

I cannot recommend Muscled Up Movers for your moving needs.
I contracted two teams of two individuals for 2-3-hour blocks of time on two days in August 2019.The first team was friendly and helpful. They took instruction and were moderately effective. Both members of the team on the second day were surly and slow to take instruction. That's the good news. One or both young men stole my wallet from my dresser drawer. I reported the theft to local law enforcement but since there wasn't a great deal of money in the wallet and the attempted large online purchase was thwarted by my credit card company - thank you - the money value of the theft was not large. The time cost was very high - closing credit cards, replacing driver's license, etc. took a lot of my time and effort. Very significantly, I reported this theft to Muscled Up Movers and after my reaching out to them, several times, they took no action. Best of luck to you in your move with someone other than Muscled Up Movers.

I was very unhappy with Muscled up movers and I would not use them again nor would I recommend them. The problems I had were 1) The move cost twice as much as the estimate. [Explanation: I was provided a written estimate for the move which was for 2 people. The morning of the move I was emailed a different estimate which was for people and at a higher hourly rate. I called to question this and the person in charge of the movers told me that it would all work out the same since there would be more people the time would go down. I told him at the time that my money was tight so if it was going to cost a lot more I would have to work out some other payment arrangement. The original estimate was for $800 and when the movers finished, the bill was $1600. I asked them if they could hold my check for about days while I got more money to put into the account. Of course they didn't, they ran it through immediately and it bounced. Then ran it through again, bounced again and then they just charged my debit card that I had used for the deposit without even letting me know. It was paid that time but that caused my account to bounce several other bills I had.] 2) Expensive. [This was a small amount of stuff, mainly boxes and I am pretty sure I could have gotten *** and a *** to do it for around $800. The reason I used them was my realtor had recommended them.] *) Breakage. [When I started to unpack my boxes many of my things were broken.]

Muscled Up Movers were recommended to me from a fellow co-worker whose son worked for the company. I should've listened to my gut and used my preferred moving company. The Muscled Up Movers showed up to storage to start the move but looked like they had already been overworked at the previous job. The loading of furniture into the truck went well but the nightmare came when they arrived to unload. First off, the movers did not have any of the proper equipment for moving. No moving blankets, door stretchers or drop cloths were used. The movers were profusely sweating and leaving sweat stains/marks on furniture and walls. One of the movers started suffering muscle failure, which led to me having to assist in my own move. Because no moving blankets were used, there are multiple dings in drywall and scratches to the wood staircase baluster. Warning: Muscled Up Movers will not discount the moving fees from damaged cause during the move. You're required to pay the full moving fee and a "repair guy" will contact you to fix the damage. I contacted the company for 2 weeks and never received a call from the "repair guy" to fix the damage. Do your homework on movers and pick a reputable trusted company like

We do apologize for your experience and would like an opportunity to make it right. Some elements of moving are inevitable, mid August sweating is a challenge. Some team members carry a change of clothes during the summer months due to sweating. We ask our customers please understand sweating, we ask our team members to do what's necessary to minimize the negative affects of sweating.

We are surprised that proper equipment wasn't used as all of our trucks are stocked with moving equipment (if a rental truck is used those are stocked the morning of the move).

We looked for a damage report, email, phone call with regards to your damaged property/ items. We found a voicemail that was left on 8/22 on our system regarding your damages. If no one followed up, we apologize and want to repair those items. Please send your concerns to [email protected] We will take care of this matter.

Again we do apologize for any and all inconveniences

The best!! We used them twice. Requested the same crew. Very friendly, polite and took good care of us. Very affordable!! Would recommend for any job!!

Thank you for your review Chandler. We always aim to exceed expectations!

The movers were courteous, professional, and efficient. They did a great job!

My wife and I recently bought a new house. Upon her insistence that she wanted the move to happen as quickly as possible I relented and we decided to hire movers. This is now a battle I wish I'd fought harder. The two houses were about 5 minutes from each other. 3 trips and 10 hours later the 3 guys they sent finished up. With a bill that ended up being roughly double what we were quoted we also came away with some new accents to almost every piece of furniture that was moved. My wife's china cabinet is now missing a corner. Our newly refinished floors have several new beauty marks where furniture was obviously sat down and then scooted. One of these scratches is maybe a dozen feet long and is right inside the front door! I happened to be standing nearby at the time and was too late in pointing out that the high chair the guy was dragging was digging into the floor. I then overheard one of the other guys mention that because I saw him do it they had to fill out an incident report. I wish I had known to be watching them move every piece constantly. There are a couple of pieces that separate into top and bottom sections. These were both improperly reassembled with new holes being drilled and screws being stripped instead of aligning them properly. Our dresser was used to scrape a nice, long line of paint off the banister. I watched the drawers of that dresser come flying open about halfway up the stairs as it was not wrapped in any way. Our son's toy chest was turned upside down (with things inside) and scratched. His dresser was scraped and had a panel missing. A couch and chair each had one of the other's legs with one that was screwed in so badly that I had to go buy a replacement bolt to even put it back together. I eventually started unloading boxes alongside them as no one apart from myself seemed to be in any kind of hurry. It's beyond frustrating for this whole ordeal to have cost so much and to have gone so poorly. A furniture refinishing company is supposed to be coming out later this week to hopefully repair some of the damage that was done. Even if that ends up addressing some of the issues the fact that there has been so much added hassle to something that was supposed to make our move easier is unacceptable.

The move was great, they moved us from our home that we had sold, to an apartment while we built another home. We ended up having to use two trucks and they had one ready without delay. Some of our things went into the apartment while most of it went into an on site storage unit. We didn't see the items put into the unit, we were inside of the apartment directing the guys there.

When it was time to move into our newly built home, we noticed that several things were damaged, pretty bad. Our ping pong table was missing the caster wheels completely on the back side, one of our dressers had chunks missing out of the wood, as well as paint chipping. Our brand new deep freezer was badly dented and damaged, and our stainless steel fridge was dented, and scratched.

I called their customer service right away and was pleased that someone would and did come out quickly to assess and repair the damage. That is where it stopped. More than 3 months later and they have repainted the dresser poorly, refused to fix the deep freezer, replaced the casters and scratched up and dented my fridge even more with an abrasive cleaner, and a "dent removal" tool that actually put more dents in it. They assured me they would replace the fridge door. All I get at this point are random e mails stating the door isn't in yet.

This is getting ridiculous. Not only do we have to deal with a deep freezer that is very dented that they will not fix, but we also have a fridge that is worse off than it was after they tried to "fix it". I emailed them last week and asked that someone from corporate call me. No one called. I called again today and the gentleman told me that he didn't reply to my e mail because he "didn't feel that the situation was favorable" for him to reply to.

Not happy with this company...other than the guys that moved us, the experience has been horrible. Communication is even worse!

These guys were GREAT! Alec (can't remember the other guys name) was professional and they took great care in making sure my belongings were taken care of. I can't brag about these guys enough and I will surely recommend them going forward! I have very big and heavy bedroom furniture and I know it was a struggle moving it but they did it!! Professional experience all around!! Thank you!!

Efficient and conscientious young men. Will use again!

Used Muscled Up Movers at the recommendation of a friend. Got a quote quickly. Movers got the job done in a timely manner. I appreciate their hard work getting the heavy items up to the second floor.

Did an absolutely great job moving my household goods!! Highly recommend them!!
