False Advertising
Their website offers different programs for "women" or "athletic" etc. But upon purchasing the "women's" program I realized that is was EXACTLY the same as my boyfriends "athletic" program he had already purchased from MP45 a few years ago. The advertising is very misleading and should specify that all the programs are the same regardless of sex build weight etc. I reached out to customer service asking for a refund, and it takes about 2 months for an email back. They eventually said they would refund the money, which I never received. Then they sent me a picture showing proof that they refunded my boyfriends account, which doesn't even make sense because he was happy with his purchase. HIs card and account have been canceled for over a year now, so I have no idea where that money actually went. I still have not received a refund for my purchase.

I purchased MP45 april 7th 2018, on April 10th I purchased a natures build protein. After a week I never recieved confirmation email or any shipping info for this protein. I requested a refund over 5 times and they never replied to my requests. *** personally emailed me saying it would be delivered "soon" on April 30th. and then TODAY May 9th They made an unauthorized withdraw from my bank account for ANOTHER 77$ natures build. I want a full refund for the MP45 program and BOTH 77$ nature builds or I am contacting lawyers about this matter.
A full refund of MP45 and BOTH Nature build proteins. I will remove Revdex.com complain once this is resolved.

ordered their whey protein after I paid it said wont be ready till feb. reached out 3 times for a refund and have not recieved a reply UNPROFESSIONAL!
I placed an order on april 6th 2018 for the mp45 plan and whey protein after I purchased the protein the site said it wouldn't be available to ship till febuary... 10months. I reached out to their customer service 3xs and have not recieved any reply what so ever this company is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL completely turned off at this point and would like a complete refund of both products as I've gone a different route due to this. they didnt even send a confirmation email for the protein purchase but they sure as *** took the money from my account for it.
I would like a complete refund for both purchases of mp45 plan and their whey protein.

Are you kidding me?! They told me they reply within 24 hours m-f it's been 2 weeks still no email or anything confirming the order I made this company is a joke! Told to go to their FAQ page or to become an mp45 member (which I already unfortunately am) they didn't even do any due diligence before replying to my complaint.. What a terrible terrible terrible experience is this customer service ran by 13 year old tide pod eating m
