I am rejecting this response because:I have receipts also bank statements available showing payments were made. I was never notified of when they sold it to the finance company a friend who purchased a car with them notified me of the switch and I contacted mid Atlantic myself. I also was never notified of it being sold back I spoke with someone with mid Atlantic the day before they decided to pick up the vehicle. Both places are unprofessional since December the staff has changed over 3 times and they always happen to misplace paperwork. This is my second vehicle with them in the last year if I had was unable to pay notes the vehicle would have been repossessed.

I am rejecting this response because:My reason for the complaint is because my vehicle was repossessed with the claims I made no payments to Mid Atlantic. I was never given the opportunity to prove I did make my payments instead I was called a liar multiple times. I am asking for a refund because as I told Mr. Murray I have had nothing but problems since the purchase each one I have got fix without complaining. For me to have just paid $1200 and they just come pick it up and not have a valid reason I deserve the money I wasted back. I provided the pictures to prove I did make my payments to Mid Atlantic so again what was the reason for it being repossessed. I also have another used car from a different lot and I have never had problems like this. Hopefully we can get this resolve soon.  Have a blessed afternoon.
