Dear Mr***,
I want to send you my sincerest apology for the honey bucket and debris that was left on your property on Friday, July 22nd There was a miscommunication with the subcontractor on where they were supposed to set the honey bucket. I received a call from you that night at 7:p.m. Unfortunately I was out of town for the weekend, and although I tried to contact the subcontractor to go over and move it, I wasn’t able to reach them until business was open on Monday, July 25th. It was moved by 7:a.mon Monday, July 25th. I assure you that this will not happen again. I have talked to all of my subcontractors to confirm that this will not happen again. If for any reason you have a concern in the future, please feel free to call me and I will try to take care of the issue immediately.
