My contractor had us buy a french door direct from Hammond Lumber We had an invoice with the price up front When they dropped off the door the amount was different than our invoice We gave the driver the check for what was on our invoice They called us later and were nasty and asked why we did not pay what the driver asked for , we said that was not the price quoted to us Turns out they didnt figure in tax They also miscut the door so it was wrong We mailed the check for the tax They brought the correct door and picked up the wrong door The screen door they left was also wrong Ended up using the screen door I had Still waiting for the dollar refund for the wrong screen door that they took back weeks ago Two phone calls still cant manage to get a refund yet as they forgot to put a zip code on the envelope to mail my refund ??? Seriously
