I ordered a $3000 item from this vendor and paid for overnight shipping. I did not receive my item until almost a week later. *** said I needed to call them for a refund for overnight shipping. I tried to call for 3 weeks in kept getting rude Representatives over and over again. I was told that the managers only works on Friday's and no one else can help me. I tried to call then and was sent to voicemail. I left messages and my calls were never returned. I finally get someone on the phone today only to be told that I have to wait until they received a refund from *** before they could help me. Are they serious? My business was with their company, not ***. I paid them for service and they paid ***. This entire thing has been the worst service ever. Save yourself the time and pay the extra money to *** or ***. The headache and bad service is not worth the$100 you save.
