On the other hand, their poor little single employee ( Misty ) who was absolutely being swamped was carrying on like a true trooper - Kudos to Misty.
I bought gas at MurphyUSA in Bastrop Louisiana and decided to use my Murphy Credit Card in order to save a few cents per gallon. When I got home I logged on line in order to pay for gas with my debit card before the interest is added, when I looked at charge on MurphyUSA Card they had charged me two $1 service charges to gas purchase, affectively costing me more than I would have been charged using my debit card. MURPHYUSA ARE THIEVES!
I went to get gas on 7/10/18 at store 7083 in Hewitt Tx my husband wasn't even able to drive 10 miles before his car broke down. We had his car towed in to a dealership to have a certified techs look at it, they explained to us that we had gotten bad gas so then they fixed his car and $600.00 later Murphy's is stating not their fault. But only place we got gas and then our car breaks down and techs explain to you the reason and now its our fault our car broke down.
This is a scam. I ordered a free trial. But also got a product from smile pro solutions I did not order and they put me on auto delivery. Smile pro solutions over drew my bank account in the middle of the night.
I am from Soddy Daisy ,TN. I am writing about the Manager at the Murphys at the Walmart on Dayton Pike in Soddy Daisy he will not give his name and I understand why,he is the rudest man I have ever met in my life with no since of Customer Service at all. If he makes a mistake on what you ask for he tells you that you have messed is inventory count and refuses to make it right,he will tell you to take your business elsewhere if your are not happy about it. This man gives the Murphy name a bad name.If this is the type of behavior your Company allows I will be taking my Business else where. He belittles his employs in front of customers even when the employ it in the right If I was part of Walmart I would have nothing to do with a company that put people like this a a management position.

The Murphy station located at 4004 Estes Pkwy in Longview, TX has had a sign on each pump stating that certain debit transactions can not be made at the pump. This has persisted for over two weeks. A person has to go inside and request an attendant to set the pump and then go back inside to pay when finished pumping their gas. I simply went to a competitor within a block for my purchases. It seems that your company is not concerned with their customers concerns and convenience in making their gas purchases. Most companies want to make their customers visit a pleasant experience not an ordeal. I have used your stations in many other places. This repeated experience has been most annoying. This is my email address ([email protected])
I have had two very recent incidents of compromised debit card accounts at two different [redacted] Gas locations, one off of US Hwy 15/501 in [redacted] on July 5, and a second one July 17 at the [redacted]/Murphy off of [redacted]. I realize these areas are handled by different offices of your organization, so please forward this complaint to the appropriate representative and let me know who I am being referred to. As you can see from my signature information, I work in State Government Customer Service and thus feel strongly about proper facility operations and notifications. I am also notifying Murphy Oil and [redacted] of these events. Both times in this complaint, I ran the transaction as a credit card, but the card is tied to my checking account. (My understanding was that credit transactions are not immediate concerning the funds in the account, but that does not seem to actually be the case.) The receipts failed to print at the pump, but I was under a time crunch and could not wait in the excessive lines at the kiosk to get a receipt printed. However, I am not at all sure that would have stopped the infractions. Both times, my checking account that is tied to the card then was debited for a number of purchases at different retailers within a radius of about 30 miles or less within minutes (i.e. not a valid time-distance interval) of the transaction time for the gas I purchased. This is an ongoing investigation with my financial institution as well.Desired SettlementAn explanation as to why this is happening.
