On February, 19th 2020 at 4:47am I stopped at the gas station referenced to put gasoline in my vehicle. While moving around my vehicle cleaning windows checking inside etc. I noticed that the pump was at 22gallons while my vehicle only needed 16gallons. I immediately went and turned off the pump. I noticed that there was a huge puddle on the floor of gasoline and it was obvious that this had happened a few times before. I went inside to notify the attendant and I was received by the attendant in a very rude manner blaming me for going into my car and a barage of comments. I let her know that I wanted to notify her so that this gets fixed. She managed to insult me and I left but took some pictures of her going over to check on the pump. It is clear that she knew this but had not fixed it or blocked the pump. Instead of putting an out of order on the pump she simply put a cone to have people simply go around the large puddle of gasoline. I am sure many other customers went through what I went through. I called the number for Murphy USA and let them know what had happened. The next day I passed by the gas station and the problem had not been rectified.
My Name is ***, im a rewards member since 2018. I recently visited one of Murphys establishment on 2/05/2020,@12:32pm. Store #7519 in college station *** The Cashier on duty was ***.***. The attendant was helping a young man, they seemed to be having a very pleasant conversation and were very cordial with each other. The young man purchased, 2 Cokes and a pack of Marlboro special blend, she did not card him, or ask to see his identification, all Cashier *** did was ask his birthdate which he said 3/16/1987, she made the sale and he left. I then stepped up to make my purchase, I asked her if they had any specials on Newports, she said no, I asked for 1 pack and presented her with my Temporary DL ID and my Expired DL id, which I've sent an attachment showing the dates. I'm unsure if the attendant gave me such a hard time because I was a female or because she was illiterate and didn't understand that the temporary didn't expire for 60 days. She would not accept my documentation.I felt discriminated against, I asked her why did she just ask the young man for his DOB, and not card him, but yet give me such a hard time. ***'s response was "he's a regular". Is this common practice for your company? I provided all the necessary documentation, the state of Texas, states that you must provide both and keep them on hand. I don't have a problem being carded, but each customer must be treated fairly. I'm very disappointed, I will be filing a grievance with the Revdex.com.
