Response:Customer ordered product and it was not shipped. She emailed us several times to an email address of ours that did not work so we never knew that there was a problem. She never called our customer service number to inquire. Once this issue was brought to our attention by the Revdex.com complaint...
via postal mail, we immediately shipped her product AND issued her a full refund. All parties are now happy and the complaint is resolved.
