Business Response As per our conversation this evening please find the updated and signed off Certificate of Occupancy for framing work performed on or around 3/2007 for [redacted] and [redacted] at Dutton Park in Walpole, MA. No other work was contracted by [redacted] Building, Inc for this job location.[redacted] agreed to meet Ms. [redacted] on 8/13/2013 when he learned that the final sign off on the building permit for work done was incomplete. The work was for the 3/2007 permitted job. This was permitted job between [redacted] Building, INC and [redacted] and [redacted]. The building inspector told [redacted] he would need a new contract in order to sign off on this 3/2007 permit. [redacted] in good faith went and did this. In his contract it states that this 8/13/2013 contract is for a final c/o only for work done to this home on 3/2007. The 4 items listed below 1.debris 2. floor joist 3. insulation 4. hvac were altered by Ms. [redacted] after the contract for the permit agreement was signed by [redacted]. Please refer to final sign off which concurs with what [redacted] agreed to do in his 8/13/2013 contract with Ms. [redacted]. [redacted] did what he agreed to do in his 8/13/2013 contract.
