Municipal Refund

I am rejecting this response because:Contrary to what the business stated, I did not receive a 2nd email correcting the proposal. To be clear,. I received one and one email from Robin B[redacted] or anyone else awssociated with Choice Concrete, and that one email contained the proposal that I accepted. The alleged 2nd email was not even mentioned during our conversation of=n June 3.Furthermore, I did not change the proposal. It contained alternatives - one to replace the entire driveway, and an alternative to replace approximately 1/2 of the driveway. The second section, which I did cross out, read "Per our discussion via the phone - Here are optional prices to only do a portion of your Driveway..."It is nonsensical to think I would replace all of my driveway per section 1 of the proposal AND replace 1/2 of my driveway per section 2.
