I parked at their location, upon trying to leave the ticket reader that I was required to pay at couldn't read my ticket, the company had no lot attendant working and just a 1-number to callwhen calling that number I was instructed to pay the $"lost ticket" fee and email for a reimbursement, an unacceptable soloution, but my only optionI paid the $begrudgingly and sent my email off to get my money backI was at the lot for 1hr but have been charged for hrs
