Yes she did purchase a Suzuki Verona off of us in July First of all she couldn't get a loan I have guaranteed financing hereThen she couldn't come up with the full down payment so I personally guaranteed half of her down paymentTook her two weeks to pay the other halfI purchased a
day/ mile drivetrain warranty at the dealership expenseI put these warranties on all my cars for extra insuranceAfter all these are used carsShe made several statements after wards she didn't like the carWhen she started having trouble with it I repairer everything at my dealership costUnfortunately the transmission start slippingThe warranty covered everything but a $dollar deductibleShe signed several AS IS papers , so I didn't legally have to do anything I did for herOn her warranty contract which she has a copy and was explained to it tells her all about the $limitsAgain this warranty was paid for by my dealershipSo she had her transmission fix, and as far as I know it cost her $out of pocketI have all the documents backing me upI've helped a lot of people out of this dealership , not only purchasing cars or repairing themI talked to the shop that repaired her transmissionThe warranty company sent them the transmission at no cost and the labor bill was $minus the customers $deductible which they didn't get paid yetI think I've been more than fair to this customer
