Mummy Loves Teacup Yorkies

This is a website claiming to be a hobby breeder for teacup yorkies. I did a small amount of research beforehand trying to find out if there were any complaints online about them, and found nothing. When you originally request information, you get a text from "fake name" telling you that she sent you an email about the puppy you requested information on, and to check your spam folders. The number is from a 804 area code. She emails with you back and forth a few times, telling you her story about how they are a family of hobby breeders and about her 3 grown sons and how she used to be in the US army, but was involved in an explosion and lost her hearing so usually only emails back and forth. But her partner would sometimes speak on the phone when necessary. After sending the information about the dogs and how the process goes, she will send you a few interview questions about yourself to find out if you are the 'right home' for the puppy. When she and her partner review the information, you're finally set up for payment. I originally was thinking it would be through PayPal, but they wanted a Walmart to Walmart or CVS wire transfer. I was hesitant, but went with it after being comfortable with emailing back and forth and not finding anything bad about the company online. They have you wire it to her partner "fake names" in Virginia. On the day the puppy is supposed to be sent to us, we had not heard any information about his flight details. We emailed and texted but nothing. I finally resorted to calling, and realized that it is a Google Voice number, so I am not even sure that they are in VA.
