Multiline Long Distance, Inc("MLDI") is in receipt of the above-referenced ComplaintKindly allow me to respond.MLDI is a provider of long distance service for small business and residential CustomerS.MLDI's records indicate that a telemarketer contacted SA Paramount Cn July 28, and spoke with Mr [redacted] who identified himself as the Vice President of the businessThe telemarketer transferred the call to an independent third-party verification company to be verified as a sale in the ordinary Course of business.Mr [redacted] confirmed with the verification operator that he was over the age of years old and authorized to make changes to the business telephone accountThe verifier specifically asked Mr [redacted] if he was authorizing MLDI to become the new long distance provider, and he responded "yes."
