Multi-Max

Review: Multi-Max is the sole supplier of parts for vending machines sold by 1800vending. Parts were ordered for a machine that I have a warranty for on 1/07/15. Multi-Max has not supplied the parts, has not communicated refuses to communicate with 1800vending and myself. All listed phone numbers go to a full voice mail box. There appears no way to reach anyone in the company and no way to follow up on ordered parts.Desired Settlement: I would like Multi-Max to sell the parts they are the only apparent supplier for, or communicate where parts can be obtained.
