that you would provide us with all the necessary information and regulations needed to pass your city's truck inspection After we completed the truck (according to your provided regulations), you told us the truck had failed to pass the city inspection because one gas line was longer than feet This gas line requirement was NOT in the regulations that you provided, and even though you were the one that failed to provide us with this important piece of information, we still offered to pay for your travel expenses so that we could fix the issue at no cost The cost of installing a feet gas line is about $dollars in materials We charge about $to do a job like that You decided to take it somewhere else and paid $1,after we advise you not to do that because it was a terrible deal We also offered to pay you $so you could take it somewhere else, plus doing a $marketing campaign on Facebook as an alternative option Since we have an eleven thousand marketing audience, I thought it would have been great marketing for your startup food truck, but you rejected our offer This offer is still available to you at any time About the generator I assume you added extra equipment to the truck, because our electrician calculated the load and I personally tested the truck at full capacity without an issues There was no fraud about the price of the generator As I mentioned to you before, the cost of the generator on the contract includes the harness, the control switch, the gas tank, transfer switch and the installation If you need a bigger generator please give us a call to discuss the options We can look at ways to make your truck more efficient and most likely upgrade you by just paying the difference instead of buying a new one Please also note that you did not pay us $62, We gave you the free wrap ($5,value) and also allowed you to buy your own appliances so that you could save money Also noted in the contract was that the shipping cost and the leveling of the truck are separate charges, which you never paid us ($4,value).We will always be willing to help you and we will always hold our warranty We definitely want to make things right, but you have to give us the opportunity to do so If you wish to take the truck to someone else to get it fix, instead of using your warranty, you need to understand that is your choice and we cannot do anything about that
