Mug Empire

Ordered a coffee mug five weeks ago. Delivery has not occurred. I have contacted the supplier via the email provided as well as DHL.
Made a purchase 5 weeks ago. Standard delivery via DHL. The small package has not arrived yet. This is an excessive amount of time to be delayed. I have contacted the supplier via the email address provided on their website and received no reply. I have also contacted DHL to get further information for tracking status. No reply there either. I've been charged in full for the product and shipping. As a result of the lack of response and no other means to contact the seller, I have filed my first and only dispute with PayPal in an attempt to recoup the money I have already paid. Very poor business practices and customer service.

Ordered item first week in December 2017. No email confirmation of order. Credit Card charged.No item delivered.
Ordered the item first week in December. No confirmation of order email or order number but credit card was charged. Attempted to contact company after 3 weeks of no delivery. Phone number for company is disconnected. No way to contact company.
